Hey yall, just curious if anyone knows how to disassemble the center console lid?

I had a small round fuse in the sliding tray and it fell inside the lid, and is just rolling around in there.

Does anyone know how to take this thing apart, so I can get that fuse out?

Edit- There are 4 screws on the bottom side. When those are out use a pry tool on the bottom side close to the hinges and the bottom comes right off.

Thanks for answering your own question. I wanted to do the same thing but after I took the screws out it seemed like a lot of force to get them apart and I didn't want to break anything. The stupid buttons in the lid rattle a lot off road. Drives me crazy. Wanted to put something around them to quiet them down.

@Forecastgorilla How did you get the underside off the buttons at the front? I have tried everything but I can't get it off. Feels like I am going to break something.

@Tumbler - did you get that figured out? I f'd around with mine thinking the same as you, but finally got. Just had to pry the front part to get around the latch button. Seemed like there was something still attached, but just had to get clear of those latches.

Hope you're digging in for a better reason than me... dog puked right on top of my console lid and it ran down inside the lid, center console cavity, etc. Royal PITA!
