This maybe a silly start but I'm new to all the new tech in the these tundras.

I just installed a pro grill and forgot to replug the active shutter system which caused a CEL. Plugged everything back in but still throwing a CEL. Will this auto correct overtime/miles or is there something I can do to manually reset, if so whats my best option?

More than likely will require a trip to the dealer for them to reset it.

maybe if your dealer is nice enough will do it as a courtesy, these trucks are know to be finicky at times… ;) A mear spontaneous malfunction.

With yours being an hybrid, did you disconnect the battery under the back seats?

You're actually better off buying a cheap Autel scanner for $100-150. This way you can clear most codes yourself.

I actually just bought my hybrid but it was in the previous 22 - all I did was disconnect the matter for a few minutes and it went away. Any luck?

Mine actually turned off on my way home from work when I turned on the rig. I think the ECU just reset itself. Havnt had any CEL since.
