    Hi all,
My name is Ron. I am a new member and have a 2013 Tundra crewmax with a 5.7L flexfuel.
I've been wanting to replace the radio with an android type tablet but I dont want to loose the cd player.
Everything i"ve found so far doesnt't include a cd player.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

CD players are disappearing form cars and computers. If you have a collection of music want to consider ripping them to FLAC (lossless) and MP3 so you can load on a flash drive and play in the car.

I did an Alpine DVD player in the glove box as an auxiliary input player. It connects via HDMI as a video player but plays all CDs too. I have a Alpine Halo 9 HU.

I put a CD player in my truck, it’s very disappointing. I always thought the sound quality is superior in CD vs streaming, but you can’t tell the difference anymore. Plus you get way more track information with CarPlay. Big screen display with a CD playing, and it’s a generic screen that says track 1-13, no name, no song title.

    Thank you to all.
I guess the next step is finding a quality dash andriod tablet radio, if that is what they're called.
    Any suggestion?
