    Does anyone know if this is the correct hardware package for installing the cbi sliders for the DC.

    @Eurodriver sounds like you may have already installed yours?

    They showed up 5 weeks later than their website lead time stated, with damaged mounting brackets (managed to bend them straight) and now the hardware looks absolutely nothing like the installation guide from their website. Nobody answered the phone yesterday and they are closed today.

    Thanks!

    If that’s all the hardware you got, I agree, something isn’t right compared to the installation guide… I guess you need to wait until tomorrow… I had good experience with their service/support.

    I got the sliders on yesterday with the help of a couple friends and access to a lift. The drivers side went on without any drama other than the 1/2-13x4.5" bolts being too short to go through the rear mounting bracket and then the frame. It worked for the single cross bolt location up front. I found some 5" bolts that did work on the rear.

    The passenger side was a shitshow. The 3rd brace is positioned right on top of the mounting bracket for the brake lines, fuel line, and a 4th line that I don't know what it is. There is also a ground at that exact spot that needed to be relocated. Gettin to the nut to secure that carriage bolt was almost impossible.

    A couple of the 5" hardware necessary to pass through the frame and the rear slider mount rubs on the gas tank and needs multiple washers to work. Again the 4.5" bolts in the kit will not reach.

    I used the 2 square spacers on rear mounting bracket, between the bracket and the frame to account for the change in fame thickness in that area. Sounds like there should have been more of them, but unsure as to where they would be used.

    Overall I'm pretty irritated about the whole thing. I was looking hard at ordering a bumper from them but that is a hard pass for me now. I don't want have the front end of my truck pulled apart, after waiting over 2x as long as advertised, just to find out the methhead that kitted the hardware sent me a unicycle repair kit or something. At that point I could look up an installation guide on their website that won't even cover my vehicle model.

    @Eurodriver

    Whenever you get a chance can you see where you used those other square spacers?

    Thank you!

    I bought my CBI Sliders for my 22 CM OR, and had the same problem. I could write a book on the responses I've had from them. I asked about what I was supposed to do with the fuel lines on the passenger side that would rub on the brackets after installation. Their answer, leave them loose.
    What the... seriously?
    I checked out their 22 Tundra at Expo West, and sure enough, they're hanging loose under there.
    I still haven't installed mine. Glad I haven't, as I don't want them in the way for the new fuel line recall.

    After waiting month for the rocksliders I went to install. I thought I was doing something wrong and came to here to find that it's not me it's them. Did you ever get any info or compensation from cbi.
