    Hello everyone,

I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD 2WD 4.7L V8 with no modifications. The cats were stolen from truck so i bought some used catalytic converters from a wrecked 2012 Tundra 5.7L V8. I have bought all new oxygen sensors that are for my 2008 Tundra to install into the 2012 Tundra cats. I am needing some confirmation from the community if this will work out how I hope it will. I am realizing that I will need a new muffler and resonator pipe to be able to fit the new cats since the design is slightly different.

Will I be able to get away with having cats from a 2012 Tundra but with O2 sensors for 2008 Tundra installed? Also, will I be able to install a muffler (full muffler with proper pipes and everything), tail pipe, and resonator for a 2012 Tundra on my 2008 Tundra so to account for the 2012 cats?

The wheelbases were the same so I am good there.

    Thanks,
