Hey y'all, l'm a new owner of a '21 Trd Pro Tundra. I unfortunately live in a cesspool called Los Angeles and catalytic converter thefts have been on the rise. Anyone have recommendations for any cat shields that are compatible with TRD Skid plate that are plug and play without any major modifications. Thanks in advance!

Congrats on the new rig and welcome to the forum.

I used RCIs products on my '21 Pro w/o issue. Here's a link to one of the threads on the forum that talks about some of the install steps and best practices. I posted some images of my install for reference in that thread as did others...

RCI Skid Plate Package with Cat Guard Install Best Practices

You'll need to purchase the trans skid and the cat guards; the cat guards will attach to the trans skid and will be installed as a unit. The unit works perfect w/the OE skid plate on the Pros. You'll simply loosen the rear bolts of the OE skid; the trans skid will slide between the crossmember and the OE skid and then you'll bolt up the rear of the trans skid/cat guard assembly followed by tightening the bolts on the rear of the front TRD skid...

A couple hours to do everything (set up and install) the first time.

Good luck and hope you find something that works for you and keeps your cats safe.

Just about every cat plate for the 2.5 tundra should work. I don't think I've seen any that don't bolt up between the skid plate and frame.

But yeah Talons Garage is a great place to buy from and @Talon2006 is an awesome vendor and all around great dude.
