I spoke with Keith at Dirty Deeds, but I need more information.

Would I benefit from, and is there room for an H or X pipe to be
added to their stainless 10" system for the regular cab short box?

EDIT: I am told that the Y pipe at the end of the cat back makes an H or X pipe unnecessary.
