Cargo Light relay location

I am trying to find this relay to replace it. Not in the relay box underneath the hood. Does anyone know it’s location?

 

Could it be the fuse?

 

Fuse is good. Tested it. Issue is the relay or the switch. There is a relay behind the switch mounted on the steering column frame. But not labeled.

downloaded the schematic that only gives me the wiring and components but not where they are located or mounted in the vehicle. Yes it gives me the wires to test but if i can’t find the relay I can’t test the circuit.

 

I repaired my issue, relay and cargo switch are both working properly. I found a bad connection by whoever installed the original after market lights. I also found the relay location (picture below)

The brown relay in the upper right corner behind the Cargo light switch panel.
