A beautiful breezy fall evening so on go a few grass fed rib eyes for a slow 1.5 hr hickory smoke. Then 20 min on 350d we like to just knock the horns off or a med rare steak.

Dam I love smokin.....no no not going to quit smokin..great cuts of grass fed lean ribeye steak. Smokin and grilling are two different cooking methods....Smoke first than roast...nothing compares. So (3) smoked and roasted one left over for cheddar and steak omelets!
