Installed stealth light bar, want to control with highbeam datastream on the CANBUS. There is reference to inductively couple at ECU behind the glove box with CANM8 device. I installed the beatsonic amp, the schematics showed canh and canl that I could pick up there - the connectors were unpopulated.

Additional schematics show several CAN and GLOBAL CAN connecters.

What is the difference between CAN and GLOBAL can?

Ideally, nice to grab the CAN at A74 or A75 or the glove box will come out.

Been there. The CANbus was picked up in the engine bay at the headlamp in one case, the other is behind the glovebox. There is a excellent video on taking the dash apart, I'd prefer not as clips will break, at least in my experience. Picking up the canbus in a footwell kick plate so much easier install.

My question remains, what is the difference in the CAN nomenclature?

Thanks for the prompt reply. Is this information available in the TIS subscription service?
I'll post up results in couple days.

Appears several choices off that connector.
