    Hey Guys,

Coming from a Silverado 1500 and this will be my first Tundra purchase. I would very much appreciate a sanity check if I am getting a good deal in today's market. I know last year and even 6 months ago people paid MSRP or above. But I think we have things coming down now.

Here are the specs. Some of these I dont care about but can't take them off. All they will do is discount it.

2024 Limited. Silver with Black Softex Interior 4x4. Build Date: 8/23 Edit added that this is a non-hybrid

    Total MSRP $66,600
    Discount after negotiation = -$5,400
Total with fees (tax excluded) = $61,200

    Heated front seats
    12-speaker JBL® Premium Audio JBL® Premium Audio
Limited Premium Package—includes premium LED headlights, Trailer Backup Guide with Straight Path Assist (SPA), and digital rearview mirror
    JBL® Premium Audio
    Limited Premium Package
    Limited PVM Package

    Thanks!

considering I paid MSRP at 69k 6 months ago, i would say that is a very good deal.

Only difference is my has the TRD Offroad Premium package.

I paid $59k for my Limited 4x4. Mine did not have the JBL system, sunroof, or spray-on bed liner.

Don't know the rate yet. Considering paying cash if I end up selling my current truck. Appreciate the input.

Guess maybe it is how you look at it, I'm assuming that is a non hybrid. That discount you got basically offsets the price increases from 23 to 24. Mine is fully loaded one step down from the trd pro and stickered for $69k. The same truck as a 24 stickers for around 74k now. So I'm thinking their discount is basically an offset on the 5 percent price increases they incurred

Appreciate it. I am good with Silver. The argument I make is that the discounts are basically as you said, giving away some of those add-ons which many of them I don't care for. So where is the discount on the truck itself is what I'm curious about. If I had a base limited without any of those options(or fewer of them) would they still be discounting it that much or would it be like in your situation where it was about $1,000 off MSRP.

Purchased the truck on Jun 10, 2023, modifications will be made!
If you're paying below sticker price these days your getting a good deal. Just don't let them make it back up on the extended warranty, maintenance plan, and wheel & tire & key protection plan. I support getting those plans and always do myself because they are pro-rated refundable if you want to cancel at any time or sell/total the truck, just don't accept the first price they offer you on them. They can always give a little more, that's where the finance guy makes his money.

I was offered to buy at msrp for 2024 platinum with avs hybrid this week after 10 minutes of negotiation, and I could probably get another few thousand off the price if I wanted to buy it. Dealers seem to be getting very desperate to sell expensive trucks given the slowdown because of the interest rates...
