Can not get a build sheet

I am trying to get the build sheet for my 2000 Tundra. I am using the following web site;
https://www.toyota.com/owners/vehicle-specification/
When I go to this URL and entering the VIN the computer just runs with a half circle turning on the screen showing its trying to find the info. I have let it run for long over a hour with NO
results. Any suggestions ?
I did join the Toyota owners page but find nothing there to get the build sheet (Specification).
