    California Assembly Bill 3006

It seems California is leading the way to continually disenfranchise the state with the proposed state bill AB-3006. The state bill AB-3006 is proposed to be put to a vote at the next assembly. Spearheaded by California’s 12th congressional district representative Nancy Pelosi, the bill proposes legal ramifications to personal motorized vehicles categorized as a light-duty, medium-duty, or heavy-duty truck.

Pelosi was quoted as saying: “This bill will help to protect individuals that have to share the road with these vehicles. These vehicles are unsafe to not only the occupants but to those surrounding”. Proponents of the bill state that this will help with pedestrian safety, lower fuel consumption, and saves lives in accidents.

    California Assembly Bill 3006 Opposition
Obviously, there are already multiple aftermarket manufacturers, interest groups and private citizens that oppose AB-3006. Local representatives phones have started to ring continuously as concerned citizens lash out.

Joseph Thodine of Chino, California represents a group of “Lifted Truck” enthusiasts and says that they are in shock over the sudden bill that threatens their current vehicles. Mr. Thodine talked to Gearheads and remarked: What are we to do if our trucks become illegal for use overnight? I don’t even have the parts to return my truck back to stock ride height, and all my money has been put into my truck and trying to currently keep it road legal.

When we called Pelosi’s office to discuss Thodine’s case and many like it with her staff, they simply replied. April fools bitches.

weird... i heard the revised law only allows california residents to lift the front end of their vehicle 3-6" but must keep the rear of the vehicle at stock height.

In another shocking move: Legislators, at the behest of auto makers, are eliminating the turn signal. Having recounted the following statics for legislators, law makers are considering the proposed elimination of turn signals, a move that would save auto makers an estimated $1.43 per vehicle. Turns out 15% of drivers don't know that their cars are equipped with turn indicators. A whopping 75% fail to use the turn signal when merging onto a freeway. A staggering 57% fail to use their turn signal when changing lanes on the freeway. A surprising 96% of drivers don't know that a turn signal is required even in a turn only lane. Even worse, only 1% of drivers polled knew that a signal is required when backing up or parking. 68% of drivers don't signal when turning right at an intersection.

The EPA is the majority funding agency pushing to quickly place trucks like yours on the endangered species list, and is offering hippies high rewards for eliminating the species. The problem with this act is all the people handcuffing themselves high up in the trees are getting hurt trying to jump to the ground, consequently inundating local hospitals. It really is an epidemic that's not taken lightly by the rednecks like us that work in the hospitals. The good news is we are getting lots of overtime providing terrible patient care to the hippies!!

I was watching a video (don't remember the state) but he was disputing the measurements that a police officer took. Basically whatever state this was they are only allowed to lift their vehicles a certain height so I 110% expected this to be real. Some states are already heading that way.
