As by the title… I’m using a S&B CAI on a 18, trd sport CM, next step…. Should I get a pedal monster from banks or do the OTT tune. I’ve heard good things about both. I inquired about OTT, they said a PM would cause problems with their tune.

Anyone have input on one or the other?

Tune all day long. Actually improves more stuff than just throttle response.

Definitely OTT tune. There are two authorized OTT installers in Fl. You can find their contact info using this link. https://overlandtailor.com/retailer-locations

I am running OTT tune on my truck since spring of 21 installed by Master Yota. I am also running Stillen Trupower CAI. From what I read it is the only true CAI currently available (although our stock air box is also CAI).

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
PM + OTT is the only correct answer.

Do a SABM instead of a CAI.

OTT, and I would skip the CAI since the stock box is already a good CAI, and add some holes for the Stock Air Box Mod if you want to get fancy.

What all does the OTT get you? Any negatives?

Everything is expensive these days...I paid 600ish the first time, got a discount the second time because of my install drama at National Speed . I'm no expert but a custom tune is money very well spent even if you are not Supercharged

I don't see any negatives yet, don't expect any but time will tell, as far as what it gives you better throttle response (I removed my pedal commander)better shifting, performance was increased some when I was na, just a Smooth seamless power delivery.
I am now Supercharged and it is a different truck, yes alot of coin but the bang for the buck is negated by the Smiles per Mile. The guys on this forum are far smarter than I am,listen to the big players that are Supercharged they helped me make the jump....just make sure Moma is on board

Zero downsides to a good tune. Only positives.

Not a lot to gain with a CAI, other than some more noise.

I’ve not used a PM, but don’t see much use for one if you’re considering a tune.
