I've a 2000 SR-5. The cabin heater does not change from floor to defroster etc. This truck has about 200k on it and it was new to me last winter. I got it like this so I took the dash apart and got to the heater. I cleaned the switch linkages and everything worked fine thru the summer. As soon as it got cold the linkages began sticking and now do not change from floor to defrost. I tried to buy a new one from the dealer but they no longer make these parts. So my questions are does anyone know of a scrap yard that my have one of these or is there a fix someone has done. Its a plow truck so aesthetics is not important.

Welcome aboard sir, sorry your having trouble with the heat. Including your location may help someone suggest a scrap yard near you. You can google search pick and pulls near you and most have their inventory online now. Good luck.
