What cab racks are you guys using on your CM tundras? I've been wating to get one for myself, but a lot of the manufactures I've seen require drilling into the roof. Is that they only way around it?

I guess that's a yes.... Lol. I was looking at that too. I thought I seen some that will secure to roof without drilling but don't hold much weight. Like Thule...

yeah, thats what its looking like. I had a subaru that i had to use some yakima q towers that simply latched onto the door frame when cars dont come with factory rails or predrilled locations.

The feet are tough to come by at a decent price or even used. I’ve seen some decent prices during REI sales...

    ^ THIS!
I really wish the Tundras came with a factory cab rack or bars like the Tacos. I can't stand the thought of drilling into the roof, and I don't want the rain gutter mounted bars such as Thule or Yakima.

@1UPPER has a Prinsu, I think, that looks pretty good. Drilling required.

I’m running the coach builder roof rack. He makes a flat profile rack and an arched roof rack like the one I have. They both do require you to drill into the roof and the install is not quick or easy. I do like it a lot and I trust that it’s not going to go anywhere. 4888BB19-18BE-4388-A1E9-4116A3EADC2B.jpg

Sick rack!! I, as well, am running a coach builder rack. Drilling is definitely required, but it’s so badass I didn’t even care.

I’ve been looking at ones that are built into roll bars.

I installed it at my home with the help of two buddies. It was a lot of preparation and work to make sure it’s centered on the roof. The holes you need to drill are very close to the side curtain air bags. So you have to be extremely careful when doing the install.

I like this style, but it’s a little small...
    52736F0D-DCA6-4584-A193-DAB2ADB80AA2.jpg

And this concept is ok, but I’d prefer it over the cab (and I don’t have a 4x4. Lol)
On the bright side, it’s relatively inexpensive...
