'00 AC SR5 v8 2wd

Does anyone know what is a good set of cab mounts for a 00 tundra sr5 2wd? All the ones I find dont have the 2 bolts that hold the diamond shaped spacer to the frame bracket. There is one long bolt and nut and 2 smaller bolts?? Mine are toast
