C1311/11 ABS Relay 1 Circuit

There is an active fault C1311/11 STORED. Most of the warning lamps are on.

1) This fault shows to be for: ABS main relay 1 open or shorted. Is this relay marked BRAKE 1 in the engine compartment?
2) I have two terminals with twelve volts that both carry a load to battery ground and through the harness.
3) I used a 9 volt battery to energize the coils in "brake 1 & 2" relays, and checked the resistance throught the closed switch. Coils activate & switch has good continuity at 0.7 ohms. Coil resistance at 112.2 on both.
4) Is there any live data I can use to diagnose this FC?
5) If the "brake" relays are not ABS 1 or 2, then where are they? Are they integrated? How do I test them?
6) The two J-case fuses 40 & 50A check good with good supply.
7) Did have a fault for the SAS. Checked it out and had 12 volt supply, datalink high/low ~2.5 volts, back-probed for signal voltage and was at 0.254mv to full stop left and right. 0.25-4.75 range??? Im not sure if I am testing this correctly, or if this is just a result of an underlying issue. (I'm a Kenworth diesel tech, out of my realm a little)
