Any HVAC techs in the house?
My Nest Gen 3 doesn't have a C wire, but I have an extra, unused wire in my thermostat. It's the blue wire. Can I make this a C wire somehow? See pics of my thermostat and furnace board.

That's one possible solution. I'm 99% sure I can utilize that unused blue wire. I want to confirm if it's as easy as connecting it to the C terminal on my furnace board, then to the C terminal on the Nest.
