    There is what appears to be a button (it pushes in when pressed) that is next to the headlight leveler switch (shown in picture). What exactly does is is for?Button.jpg

    most likely and aftermarket alarm system like the previous post said.

    Depends if it’s active. Typically starts doing a very slow blink when doors are locked and the alarm is armed to let anyone know that you have an alarm. I’ve seen Toyota factory keyless/alarm modules that are not factory installed look like this too

    If you are very curious, you can always follow the thin wire attached to the button which would lead you to the “brain” you’ll be able to tell the model by looking at the markings on the brain.
