Question has anybody else installed the Bushwacker pocket style fender flares and if so do the seat tightly against the body of the truck. I’m installing some and they don’t seem to fit tightly against the truck

How big is the gap? It is hard to tell with your color truck.

It’s enough where debris and the wind could catch it and cause damage. I drive on the beach a lot and really don’t want to take the chance of sand getting between the truck and the flare and causing damage to the paint

I wonder if they have slight warpage. I didn't have any issues with mine. Here is a link for paint protection with the flares.....which I still need to do on mine.
