I have a 30” Baja Designs OnX6 in my front bumper and it is fantastic. Rock solid mount and the output is spectacular.

What are you wanting to do with it? Where are you trying to install it? I know you said bumper, but that is vague.
Rough Country is hit or miss while Baja will outperform and outlast most other brands, but you pay for their quality.

I wanted to add a lightbar that did the amber back lighting. For my purposes, I am doing this for looks and not so much functionality. So I didn't care about how good the actual lightbar was. As such, I found Xprite to meet my needs. Have had this for over a year and the backlight still works as it should.

Here's their 32" lightbar that is similar to the RC one you linked.

Here's my truck with their 20" in my aftermarket hybrid bumper with the amber backlight active (as opposed to the bar being turned on)

2x Black Oak 40W flood pods, 20" single row Black Oak 100W spot light bar. They're built like tank and are very bright.

Thanks for the info and picture, @RobertD I am looking for a mix of functionality and appearance. I like the amber option this one has and the price is nice too.

@vtl those lights do look stout (liking your smoked headlights too). Thanks for sharing the information and picture.
