BULLYDOG tuner gas gt+ error - Invalid character in vin t401

Has anyone had the invalid characters in vin error in update agent for the bullydog tuner gt+ gas? T401. I’m able to install the correct year and model of tundra, but when I go back to download and update the actual tunes I get this error in update agent. And when I go to setting my vin is definitely in there so I don’t think it’s been previous locked to anyone else.

 

I’m able to use everything on it but any type of tune (since I can’t download tunes)

 

Anyone gotten this error before?

 

I'd reach out to bullydog or @dirtydeeds as they are quite familiar with them (helped with development of one of the tunes)
