After a long wait and conversation with Bully Dog's engineering department, they confirm that the GT does not work with Sequoias... And likely the BDX as well, although I am awaiting confirmation from a later phone call. Thankfully I am still in the Amazon return window, but it is misleading to show the BDX is compatible on their site... Customer service was helpful though, so that is a bonus.
