Bullet mount style arm question

OK, I know this is probably a very random question. I’ve been looking at the bullet mounts and my question is , are there any arms where the wire runs through the arm for a wireless charger or do all of them have the wireless charger connect on the end, and you just basically tie wrap it to the arm and plug it into the USB up on top of the dash?

Looked for this when I got mine and didn't find anything that'll work like I wanted to. I just zip tie the wire to the arm.
