Wish I could find one without the TRD logo.

They’re out there. I’ve seen them on Tacoma world. I’ll have to do some digging for it

I bought one on Amazon for my wife's 2017 CMax, but it has silver as the base color.

If you want the cf version, try these guys:

    https://cartrimhome.com/

the site is janky as hell, but they ship fast and the stuff is pretty decent, the knob and steering trim gets a thumb up from me, door handle trims is good from far, but far from good.

I have the same TRD/Amazon one, build quality is pretty damn close to the real thing. I've also had a knock off one on my Tacoma for 5 years with zero issues.

I bought the all black TRD knock off. The TRD logo was super janky, a real noticeable difference to my OEM silver TRD knob. I returned the knock off. Then I ordered the all black, non-TRD knob. It was a POS. It wouldn’t tighten all the way and the bottom cap fell off. Looks like it was loosely glued with black silicone. I returned it too and ordered the OEM part. 4.0 out of 5 stars "UPDATE" Great deal and quality, but won’t tighten up. "Fixed it"

I shopped every where for a new shifter knob that was not $100. You get what you pay for, this knob will not tighten up.
    "UPDATE"
I gave it a couple of more stars. After inquiring to the seller and getting a response to try Super Glue (Do not use Super Glue). I tried one more thing that seems to be holding. "Red Loctite" I coated the threads of the shifter, screwed the knob down tight, and left it for 24 hours. Seems to be holding firm.

I used loctite joint compound. It’s not a big deal, and it still beats paying $100 for something that offers only a minor cosmetic improvement.

I think the issue is the insert in the knob is just a threaded plastic.

You can only tighten it so much then you're just spinning the threaded rod inside.

I had the $40 special from eBay. When new it was fine when I had to remove it to run some wires near the area, the nut inside broke it would spin freely. Will purchase again tho
