So in trying to change the alternator, i had to loosen the PS pump and move it out of the way. The video I watched made it look easy, but that proved false. Anyway, as I was moving it down the bottom bolt hole on the bracket broke. After calling around I discovered the bracket is actually made into the timing cover, dealer price $1100.00. After market prices are lower. I am told the bottom mount hole is to stabilize the pump and the upper hole is what actually mounts it to the vehicle. So I have 2 questions; 1. Has anyone experienced this issue and how did you resolve it. 2. Is JB Weld an option.

    TIA
