Yeah, but I bet he doesn't have to spray peppermint oil all over his engine bay or put moth balls in there...

I live in Seattle. When the 99 Tunnel was completely empty during pandemic closures, I used to blaze through the full 2 miles, which is awesome cuz no wind, dry pavement, and at the time zero cars. Also 2+ lanes width of pavement. Tundras feel great at high speeds, but mine would hit a governor at almost 105. Don’t know if that’s normal or if it’s cuz I bought one that came out of Canadia. I’ve hit over 100 many more times in it but the tunnel was fuuuuuuun

I hit the limiter for the first time this week while passing some people in a 60mph one lane (supercharged, so hit 90+ quick). Surprised me how it seems to kill the power similar to traction control coming on. Clearly OP needs to go take their 100k Tundra to do 100mph haha.

I bought my 09 i got rid of last year brand new in March of 09 and we took it on a 700 mile Road trip the next day. I did the gentle Break in stretch then rode shotgun to catch a nap. Woke up to my wife in the driver's seat with the speedo pegged at 90
Cursing out some caddy blocking the left lane.

Since then a handful of times I had it to 105 or 110. Always felt stable as a battle tank and didn't really seem to
Start to lose steam accelerating until 80-plus.
