the other day I was coming to a stop and the left front brake sounded like the anti-lock system engaged (terrible noise). I continued to drive (very slowly) until I reached home. Each stop I had to make, the truck still felt like it was using the anti-lock brake system but only on the front left. When I got home I turned off the truck and restarted it and now it seems fine. Does anyone have any suggestions.
    thanks

Hopefully it isn’t the ABS hydraulic actuator module/pump. Aftermarket is not too bad ~300.00. New from Toyota is 1100.00 or more.

Have you serviced the brake fluid in the past?

It has been many years since I have flushed out brake fluid. Do you think this may help?
    Thanks

I have not checked to see if there are any codes but I will do this.
