Brake Line Kits for 2005 4dr

I've been waiting for it but finally slammed on the brakes for a deer the other night and popped a line. I live in Wisconsin and all the brake lines look pretty bad, not surprising after 18 years.
I would like to replace all the lines with a nice pre-bent kit but can't seem to find one for the '05s.
Anyone know of a company that makes a kit for 2005 4drs? Or maybe someone has done the leg work on all the part numbers from the deal/overstock site?

Toyota may still sell a whole kit for that. Hard to say for sure. The part numbers from my access cab frame replacement are in here. That's the best I have to offer. It may get you close on part numbers at least.

 

I was able to buy OEM brake lines from the stealer, albeit a la carte.

 

I figure access cab can still be bought since they are still doing frame replacements but no double cab is eligible for frame replacement so hard to say for sure that they still sell them.
