EDIT: so I emailed Cal-Van Tools, and they got right back to me. They asked me to provide the P/N of the tool I've been using. It doesn't have one stamped on it, but while searching receipts on my PC, I saw that I also bought the full #165 Master Kit at a later date (to do 1/4" lines on another truck) - which is the big set in the picture. It's the same tool - just with more dies. I dug around in the shop and found the kit & tried a section of the Tundra's line in it (sanded to bare metal), and it fits (barely, but acceptable for use). I emailed them pictures and dimensions, and will edit this post again, if they have anything to add.

    Cheers!

I blew my first brake line in the Toyota, and the 3/16" Cal-Van inline flare tool I've been using on factory GM and NiCop lines was juuust a little undersized for the Tundra's (presumably metric) lines. I'm about to jump the gun on a Cal-Van 160 (I've got their 1/4" one already, and probably don't have a need for the full set shown), but wanted to verify that the 4.75MM die is correct (even though 4.75MM is smaller than 3/16" 4.7625MM).

    Thanks!
