Changing my front rotors and pads. As I’m pushing the pistons in I notice my main reservoir is about to overflow. Can I just suck some fluid out and replace more later? Any help would be great! What can I suck it out with?

    Alot of them
If you have never added any fluid to it just push the pistons in slowly. It shouldn't overflow. Once one side is done, pump the pedal to seat the pads and the fluid level will drop a little. If it really is full to the point of overflowing, you can twist some paper towels and stick one in to soak up some fluid and then top it off after you are done.

    Yes, you can.

I use an old turkey baster. I also have a cheap transfer pump from Harbor Freight.

Never really thought of this, I've changed my brake fluid but not brakes. Guess I'll keep an eye on the reservoir when it comes time.

If changing calipers, why would you compress the pistons?

Open the bleeder screw on the caliper and push that nasty caliper fluid out, not back into the brake system

That's a solid idea! I'd hook up a mityvac and give it some vacuum just to make sure no air gets back in before you close it.
