I’m a newb here. I recently replace front and back brakes and rotors. When I was replacing the left rear brake and rotar the pad was worn to the metal, it was the only one out of 4 worn. I replaced it and that rotor is now completely worn out. I had replaced the calipers as well but don’t have a clue what happened. Any suggestions?

So your new rotor and/or pad(s) are wore out on the same side?

Typically uneven pad wear is a caliper piston problem(seized or sticking). Not greasing the caliper slide pin can do it too.
