2017 Tundra SR5 CrewMax TRD

I have a 2017 SR5 Crew Cab. When I connect my Samsung Galaxy phone via Bluetooth, I often have difficulty capturing all my contacts, in particular the four faves I have saved on my truck's home screen. Anyone else have any experience with this and how to resolve it?

My OEM unit used to occasionally not grab contacts, usually if I went to the connections and unselect/reselect my phone it would resolve it.

I eventually went with a much better solution.
