Blower, Radio issue 2010 Tundra

    The blower selector knob works intermittently and the radio lighting goes dark but still plays.
    Both have just started in past 3 months, they hit at different times and seem to correct themselves in a day or so.
    Is this a issue with a chip or individual components?
    what are my options to fix?
