Hello again everybody. Sometimes when I start my Tundra, a 2018 with 15k miles, the blower will be turned up 2/3s of the way on the dial beforehand, but does not actually blow at all once the truck starts. As soon as I adjust the knob to a higher or lower setting, it starts blowing. What is going on here? Is my battery low or something?

Might be talking out my ass here, but newer vehicles (meaning 2000+) have semi intelligent heat/AC systems. They won't usually go blasting full bore until the vehicle is slightly warmed up and it can actually give you the temp you have selected. Keeps you from getting a blast of hot air when you AC is cranked, and vice versa.

On my 2015 I had to replace the blower motor about 7 months ago. Only had truck coming on a year now. I would turn a knob all the way and no air, motor stopped working...

Right. If the motor dies, you gotta swap. The OP's is only doing it sometimes, so I was going for the glass half full option. It's totally possible that the motor is starting to go. Could also be a short somewhere. I just don't like to think about those things. :lalala:

It should just be right up under the dash on the passenger side. I did it on my old Ram, and it's just a few screws and a wire connector. Tight working space, but totally doable for a DIY noob like me.

I just had my blower motor replaced yesterday after 76,725 miles, it still worked but made a noise I just told the dealer to replace it.

I should add, I use the truck, when not running, to run not 1 but 2 compressors to inflate anywhere from 5 to 15 paddleboards, twice a week at least, all summer long. So the battery does take a licking. I never charge it, just run the truck as normal. I wonder if voltage is lacking enough to run the blower, prior to the alternator cranking out juice(battery rundown protection or something). I should charge it...
