Blinkers and Flashers don't work

2014 Tundra: Blinkers and Flashers both dont work. The front lights come on when I turn the lights on so they have power. The back and front flash when i set off my alarm so they both work. Checked fuses and they are good. Replaced Relay TWICE and they still dont work........i'm out of ideas
