    Hows it going everyone. I'm going to blackhouse my own headlights. Any thoughts or suggestions. I know how to take out the assembly but not the actual cover itself any info will help thnks..

    Billstein 6112/5160's, coachbuilder spacer on driver side/ 20" rockstar wheels/ 33" nitto ridge grappers/SS Brake lines (or as most people write Break), Painted Calipers/Powercoated Tow hooks/pocket flairs/heated seats,bed leds/line-x liner/xtang trifold/tow mirrors/Stereo Work/Compustar Remote Starter/ retrofit Morimoto Minin H1 and switch back LEDs/ plenty I'm forgetting
    bake them in the oven. 245 for 5 minutes or so. (double check this temperature)
    then pull apart. I used popsicle sticks to remove the goop. You can reuse them.
    Proceed with caution with anything chrome you want to keep. That stuff is senstive.

    And slap in some HID projectors while you are at it. Its worth it.

    FYI the reason I used a heat gun, is cause the last time I did headlights in the oven my wife lost it haha. I need to get a cheap used one for the shop. The oven truck is far superior to a heat gun imo.
