So I got the sr5, Decided to take the step sides off makes the truck look taller. While navigating under the truck with a creeper, I noticed this oil all around the end of the transmission where it meets up with the driveline. I’ve done a bunch of aggressive testing shifting manually, putting it in park neutral reverse, and I can’t find or hear any clunking like I would with a Chevy. Transmission oil dipstick looks good.

I haven’t noticed any oil stains on the driveway or anything like that

should I get some parts cleaner and spray all up in there and on the transmission and scrub it with a brush and then hose it down and call it a day or should I plan on buying a transmission or maybe new gaskets
we at roughly 209k I believe the timing belt was changed out
Within the next 50,000 miles I’m gonna install a new water pump timing belt, maybe remove the air-conditioning pulley and get a smaller belt and remove all the AC bullshit

Cleannit as best as you can. If its still flinging oil it might need a rear seal. U joints look kinda crusty. Maybe give those a good look, too.
