I ordered some black lug nuts on eBay. The seller claims the lug nuts are dealer take offs from a new truck. From what I can tell, they appear to be genuine and new with some tooling marks making me think it was legit.

That said, they are black chrome, not black.

Does Toyota have two different black lugs for these trucks? True black and black chrome?

    Here is the listing: https://ebay.us/m/kSlPMT

After looking really close at all the pictures, I think I got what the seller listed, but I'm curious if true black is an option out there.

    Darker than stock lugs:

I've never seen black factory lug nuts with silver washers.

The pics they look like OEM LC250 lugs which are black chrome. OEM black does have silver washers, aftermarket has black washers.
Lugs with pink paint marks are my stock LC250 lugs.

So that's what happened....I accidentally ordered Lexus lugs. Bummer.

Seller doesn’t include PN but these are black.

You’ll also find a few listings with black washers. Don’t buy them if you want OEM.

    I would want OEM.

How do the black ones hold up?

Black holds up great. I wanted my Tacoma wheels and lugs to match. Sucks the wheel locks are shiny.

@Siblue what p/n are those lugs? You say the finish is holding up?

My wife has wanted matte black lugs to go with her TRD Pro wheels (4Runner). I’ve been reluctant since they tend to get beat up with tire rotations.

Finish holds up great. The LC has gone thru 2 rotations without any marring. Tundra PN 90942-A1008 are priced individually. Specs are 14x1.5mm.

I’m assuming the 4R TRD pro is a 5th Gen not 6th Gen pro. Part number sold in bags of six is PT076-60200-02. Same finish and have used them in many 12x1.5mm Toyotas.

Thank you! It’s it a 5th Gen 4Runner; I appreciate you taking to differentiate the part numbers.

No problem. The bags of 6 are a great deal. Also, 15% off right now
