I have had Bilstein 6112s on my 2021 Tundra CM for just over year and they are set at 1.3. I want to change the setting to a 1.9 and add some small shackle extensions in the rear. Will the Bilstein springs adjust to the new 1.9 setting or have the front springs already settled in at the 1.3 setting?

You’re totally fine to do that. If anything, the coils might settle a wee bit more after increasing the preload to the 3rd notch, but you’d probably need something more precise than a tape measure to tell.
