I'm plannng on doing the 6112 bilstein lift with aftermarket UCA arms.
The clip is in the 3rd position which is about 1.9" will i need to do anything with the sway bar mounts or add a diff drop and bump stop extentions.

Per Bilstein install instructions, no. My 6112's are currently set there (I might drop them down a notch or two cuz I'm a weirdo; and a tow a lot) and my bumpstops remained the same (well, ok, I upgraded the fronts to Perry Parts bumps). Sway bar mounts are unchanged and diff top is unneeded.

I do need new UCA's to correct the caster on the alignment, though. But just barely. It drives fine but could use a little more caster.
