The dust cap on my driver's side Bilstein 6112 has come off and the shock leaked all over the place. The passenger side one still looks and feels okay. While searching, I can only find complete kits. I can't find just the shock absorber anywhere. Does anyone know if you can buy just the shock? I hate to spend the money on a whole new set up again. That seems counter-productive.

I got my setup from Dirty Deeds about 5 years ago.

    CS?

I haven't contacted Dirty Deeds. Will call him tomorrow and see if he has any suggestions.

If they're 5yrs old I'd say you got your money's worth. IMO you're better off just changing both out. I had about 65k on my 6112's before passenger side develop a slight leak. Just ordered 2 new one's and throwing on some JBA ucas while I have everything apart.
