New owner of a 2014 TSS DC 4x4 Tundra and have been reading a bunch. I think I know what I want, but don't want to buy something that won't work. I don't really want it lifted a bunch, but still want a slight rake and to be used offroading and is my daily driver, but won't see much long distance highway except to go offroading.
So, what I'm looking at are the Bilstein 6112/5160 combo coilovers. From what I've read, I think the 1.9" setting will work the best. I do plan on adding a grill guard (leaning towards the Westin HDX with winch mount) and a winch (probably a Warn 12). Will this work? I've read some people say you need a stronger coil if doing a bumper/guard and winch combo, but also read that the 6112s work fine with it.
Or would the top setting work better (2.5" I think) and the weight pull it down some? Just worried it'll be too front high then?
Also, will UCAs help with this? I've read yes and no. Sone people say only over 3", some say they help. If they will I plan on getting some but I hear mixed reactions on pretty much every brand I've looked at. And Uniball or Ball joint or I think I read JBA has a slightly different kind?
I'm all ears on this and any help will be greatly appreciated.

    you will like 6112's.
as for the rest, the questions you're asking are ones that you're just going to have to read up and decide what works for you. we can't tell you if you'd be happier with 1.9" or 2.5" or which uca suits you best.

For the uniball UCAs, how often do they need to be cleaned/lubed? And how bad are salted roads for them? I'm in Texas, but in the panhandle where we get ice every year and they salt the roads every winter.
