So I've read all the threads on level kits, spacers, coil overs, etc.

If I want to pick up some Bilstein 5100's, middle setting, to raise my front end just a bit, is that all I need to buy? Stock springs still work, correct?

Alignment still needed after install I assume?

    thanks

    Curse you Perry the Platypus!
I went 5100's all the way around. Fronts on mid setting. Used existing truck springs and got an alignment when done. Love it and no regrets.

Does top setting (2.5”) require anything else besides alignment?

That is what I did on a new set I think they put raised the front 2.5 and the rear 1. I still have the factory tires and decided to not align..

Yup...same. Leveled out perfectly and zero issues with rubbing.

    Not really
Possibly UCa’s but most likely stock will work.

you will probably need to raise the rear though or you will be a little high in the front

I did this all the way up and RC 1” block In the rear and couldn’t be happier with it. Although my toe keeps wondering outwards and I’m getting uneven ware. So getting some iCon UCA’s pretty soon.
