Has anyone else had a hard time locating/purchasing the Bilstein 5100 shocks that are used for leveling the Tundra? I've checked everywhere and can't seem to find any sites that have them in stock. Suspension Connection, where I originally ordered them from, claims to have them in stock, but now three weeks later has said it'll be another 10-15 business days before they are really available. Needless to say, I canceled the order through Suspension Connections and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Components are shipping from all over the world. Between hurricanes and govt shutdowns, parts could be short at their manufacturing facilities

If there is a shortage and you have already waited 3 weeks, why cancel the order if it is only 10-15 days away from being available? o_O
I have heard from several places that there are shortages due to the whole world being in virus mode affecting production and delivery.

I canceled the order not so much because of the delay, but more due to the terrible customer service I received from Suspension Connection. They rarely answered telephone calls, never answered emails, and when someone did answer the phone, made promises about following up that never transpired. After weeks of no answers from Suspension Connection, I decided to turn to the BBB. After reading the volume of complaints to the BBB, most of which were identical to my complaints, I decided the likelihood of me getting the product or a refund were greatly diminished.
