I asked Bilstein about the bushings (2) supplied with the 4600 for 1st gen Tundra. They said that you only need one to replaced the one on top. The other bushing that is glued to the OE upper mount you can use the factory. In case you guys are changing yours to 4600. Here's the configuration.
