    Hey all,
So I am not a Tundra owner....yet, but I was hoping you could please help me out with a few questions I have. I am looking into my first ever pickup after my Altima lease is up and was wondering outside of the TRD Pro, what is the best trim for customization? I am not big into off roading whatsoever so mostly for aesthetics (aggressive looking) sort of area. Is the Crew Max Platinum the best trim level? What does the one trim level have over the others down the line? And for aftermarket parts what is the best site for Tundras? My wife just bought a Highlander and I've got to say Toyota makes a really nice product. Looking forward to hopefully owning one hopefully next year. Any feedback is most appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I think it depends on what you want your truck to end up looking and doing. Trim levels are available online on what they have. Then it just depsnds on what mods you want to do.
And this forum has tons of info on what mods to do and places or companies to do that mod with.

You can do anything you want to anyone of the trims. I've seen lowered TRD pros, lifted pros, ect. The pro comes with a nice off road suspension already on it. The others can come with an off road package, or sr5 upgrade to get 38 gallon tank. Other wise the difference between the trims will be seen in the interior of the truck mainly. Exception is the amount of chrome in grill and bumpers and door handles. That also changes with the trim levels. So it will come down to luxury items like moon/sun roof, dual climate control, leather seats, and type/color of leather seats. I'd go check them all out and see what comfort features you want and get that trim level. Then start modding it to how you want it to look.
