Good morning my fellow tundra lovers.

I am new to pickups and tundras at that. I have read extensively through many posts about outside wall cupping of tires.

I am having unilateral cupping of the driver side front tire. I took it to a shop and they said suspension parts were fine, just needed alignment (only thing outside of spec was the toe, on that side).

I dont think its an underinflation issue as I expect that to be bilateral tire involvement.

I do have a steering wheel shimmy that comes and goes randomly at like 55-60mph.

I was running at 35PSI all around - I will verify which exact load type of tire I have on it (im not sure off the top of my head, my pop's just gave me the truck recently because he has no use for it anymore). I will do the chalk test though, when I get some time this weekend. I have learned a lot about tire air pressure the past couple days reading through posts. Thanks for all the insight! Basically how its not a one size fits all.

I just want to make sure I or the shop I took it to is not missing anything, suspension parts wise.

For now, we rotated and put the affected tires in the back (still getting the annoying wom wom wom wom wom sound).

I was hoping to take it to a proven indy tire/suspension shop that someone on here has experience with, that is used to working on pickups etc.

Running Michelin LTX's on stock rims - i believe theyre the stock tire size too.

    Thanks in advance!
