I am in the market to upgrade head unit on my tundra, any suggestion on which works well??
Was looking at the Phoenix Automotive ones but some of the youtube videos said not to buy that unit.

anyone have experience with this brand before??

    Thanks.

I really like my JVC KW-Z1000W. I’ve not used the Sony 9500ES, just a lower level Sony that I had trouble with. Believe it was an AX8100. I couldn’t get rid of that thing fast enough!

From what I understand, the 9500 is on a totally different level than the 8100 and should be fine. Likely right on par with the JVC, which has been flawless.

Any of the Kenwood 10" ones are great options. I went with the dmx 1037s and very happy with it.
